Before IBAM
Aziza began with a small idea: combining flowers and coffee in a home-based business. She had entrepreneurial potential, faith, and a desire to create something meaningful, but she needed the business training, structure, and Kingdom perspective required to build sustainably.

The Business Grew
What began as a small flower-and-coffee idea at home grew into a multi-location business. Today, Aziza describes five branches operating across Central Asia.

Aziza helped with:
Business expansion, training development, and planning for a new showroom.
Current impact:
Daniel has expanded his business beyond selling coffee beans. He now provides training for baristas and is currently preparing to open his own showroom, where he plans to sell beans, offer courses, and host master classes. We rejoice in his progress.

Aziza helped with:
Investment support to purchase a laptop for professional training and B2B advertising work.
Current impact:
Ravil was able to purchase a laptop through the investment support. This immediately enabled him to begin professional training—an essential step, since the core of his business is targeted advertising for B2B clients. The laptop is his most critical tool, and after completing his training he significantly increased his qualifications and client base.
Ruslan
Central Asia
Aziza helped with:
Business launch support, production planning, and facility relocation strategy.
Current impact:
Ruslan, together with Max and our pastor, launched a production facility for SIP panels. He has already completed sets of panels for five houses—praise God. Their facility, previously located outside the city, has now moved to the downtown, which has substantially reduced production costs.
Liliya
Central Asia
Aziza helped with:
Remote business management and maintaining operations across borders.
Current impact:
Liliya recently got married and relocated to South Korea, where she is serving together with her husband. Despite the move, she continues to successfully run her digital company remotely. She still employs two young women locally, giving other missionaries the opportunity to earn income while maintaining a strong financial foundation for herself.

Every full story should include a “Last updated” date so visitors can distinguish current results from historical information.
Measurement
