    GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

Local Leaders. Trusted Partnerships. Multiplying Kingdom Impact.

IBAM works through established churches, ministries, and local leadership networks that understand their communities, speak the language, and have deep relationships on the ground.

Together, we equip Christian entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses, strengthen local churches, create opportunity, and multiply disciples—one village at a time.

Local Knowledge. Business Expertise. Shared Kingdom Purpose.

Each IBAM Alliance Partnership combines three distinct strengths to create a locally led model of sustainable Kingdom transformation.

    THE LOCAL PARTNER

    Trusted Local Leadership

Local churches, ministries, and mission organisations contribute cultural understanding, trusted relationships, church-planting experience, discipleship leadership, and long-term local oversight.

    IBAM

    Biblical Entrepreneurship Systems

IBAM provides biblical entrepreneurship curriculum, business-plan development, trainer preparation, coaching systems, software, implementation support, and access to revolving startup capital.

    THE ENTREPRENEUR

    Business and Ministry in Action

Local Christian entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses that provide income, create employment, support ministry, strengthen churches, and multiply Gospel influence.

Together, these three strands create a model that is locally led, economically sustainable, spiritually grounded, and designed to multiply.

    Three Regions. One Multiplying Process.

Every partnership operates within a different cultural, economic, and ministry context. What remains consistent is the IBAM Process: identify trusted partners, equip local entrepreneurs, develop sustainable businesses, integrate discipleship, and multiply the opportunity.

    AWANA AFRICA PARTNERSHIP

Equipping Africa’s Next Generation of Faith-Driven Leaders Through Business and Discipleship

AWANA Africa serves children, young people, churches, and leaders across 18 African nations through Christ-centred programmes rooted in Scripture and discipleship.

Its ministry reaches more than 25,000 local churches and over 5.9 million children and young people. Unlike many youth-focused programmes, AWANA Africa also continues investing in young adults into their thirties—an especially important mission in a region where more than 60% of the population is under 25.

Through the IBAM–AWANA Africa Partnership, emerging Christian leaders are being equipped to launch sustainable businesses that can provide for their families, create employment, support local ministry, and extend the reach of disciple-making programmes.

More than 100 aspiring Christian entrepreneurs are currently participating in training connected to this partnership.

IBAM contributes biblical entrepreneurship training, business-development systems, coaching, and access to revolving startup capital. AWANA Africa contributes trusted local relationships, ministry infrastructure, leadership development, and an extensive network of churches and communities.

Together, the partnership is developing a new generation of entrepreneurs who view business not merely as a source of income, but as a practical platform for service, ministry, and Kingdom multiplication.

    FLAGSHIP PARTNERSHIP

    CENTRAL ASIA DISCIPLE-MAKING BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

Equipping Young Leaders to Build Businesses That Make Disciples and Change Destinies

Across Central Asia, Christians represent a very small minority of the population. Believers frequently navigate social pressure, limited employment opportunities, and environments where public ministry can be difficult.

Through a trusted regional partner, churches and disciple-making communities have been established across five countries during the past decade. Thousands of people have encountered Jesus through locally led relationships and ministry.

The partnership is now investing in young Christian entrepreneurs—particularly leaders in their twenties and thirties—who can combine sustainable business ownership with disciple-making.

This approach addresses two urgent needs at once.

It creates meaningful economic opportunity in communities where youth unemployment can reach 30–40%, while also developing locally respected believers who can build relationships and create safe environments for spiritual conversations.

    The long-term vision is ambitious:

    • 10,000 new disciples by 2030
    • 1,000 new Kingdom businesses by 2030

IBAM supports this vision through biblical entrepreneurship training, business planning, coaching systems, and revolving startup capital. The regional partner provides trusted relationships, cultural knowledge, discipleship leadership, and long-term field support.

Together, the partnership is equipping young believers to build businesses that support families, create employment, strengthen local churches, and extend the Gospel in one of the world’s most challenging mission environments.

    INDONESIA YOUNG PROFESSIONALS NETWORK

Equipping Indonesian Professionals to Reach Unreached Communities—One Kingdom Business at a Time

Indonesia stretches across more than 17,000 islands and is home to over 270 million people. Hundreds of people groups remain unreached or have very limited access to the Gospel.

Since 2018, the Young Professionals Network has been equipping Christian professionals and emerging business leaders to integrate faith, entrepreneurship, discipleship, and service throughout Indonesia.

Through its partnership with IBAM, local entrepreneurs in underserved and unreached communities are being trained to launch sustainable businesses that create employment, strengthen families, and open relational pathways for disciple-making.

These businesses are designed with multiplication at their core. Entrepreneurs are not only trained to operate successfully; they are also encouraged to mentor others, support local ministry, and build relationships in communities where traditional missionary access may be limited.

By 2030, the Network aims to expand into 15 Indonesian provinces, with particular attention to regions where fewer than 0.5% of people have meaningful access to the Gospel.

IBAM supports the initiative through biblical entrepreneurship training, coach development, business planning, technology, and revolving startup capital. The Young Professionals Network provides local leadership, cultural understanding, professional relationships, and long-term discipleship support.

Together, the partnership is helping Christian professionals use business as a practical expression of faith, service, leadership, and Gospel multiplication.
